This is the sneak peek of a story entitled...

"Love At First Sight"
BOOK 2

“You will kill me?”
“I’ll let suffer like hell first, Lyndie!”
“You can do that but Bill will find me for sure!”
“Oh! Really? He will? Are you sure?”
“He will for sure!” she reassured.
“Do you think he will find you if I go there and pretend to be you?”
“He won’t believe you!” She screamed without any fear.
“Oh…he won’t believe me? Who will he believe? You?”
She arched her one brow. “Hmm, I think he will if you still have that face… but I’m sorry Lyndie, I think not anymore…”
She smiled wickedly while she opened the black bottle she was holding and poured the liquid into her face.
“Aahhhh!!!”
She screamed out loud as she felt the pain while the liquid melted her beautiful face.
“Now who will believe you? No one…”
She heard the lady laughing at the top of her lungs while walking away from that place.

PART 1

“Oh it’s Bill’s wife Lyndie!” The crowd noticed her luckily She’s with one of Bill’s trusted bodyguard Ben.
“Lyndie! Lyndie!” The crowd was screaming her name. Lyndie smiled at them and gave some autographs but… “Hey you!” A lady came by with a knife trying to strike Lyndie. “Oh!” the crowd exclaimed while moving away from that lady with a knife…
“You! I must be in that position if you didn’t came back into our lives!” She desperately said. The other body guards forced the girl to move far from Lyndie while Ben was covering her.
“What?” She confusingly said.
“Enjoy it now Lyndie because I will take all of these… from you!” She yelled as the guards moved her away from that place while Ben was taking Lyndie to her car.
“Are you okay Madam?” Ben asked while driving.
“Yeah… actually I’m a bit scared but I’m okay Ben… Don’t worry…”
Her phone rang few minutes after that. “Hello?” She answered the phone.
“Hello Hon? Are you okay? Hon?” She heard the voice of her worried husband on the other line.
“Don’t worry I’m okay Honey, nothing… happened.”
“Thank God.” She heard the quick relieve to his voice. “Okay just take care… okay, I’ll call Ben tell him.”
“Ben, Bill said he will call you now.”
“Okay Madam.” He answered back.
“Bye Hon, Don’t worry I’ll be alright, Ben is here…”
“Okay Hon, I love you… see you later at home tonight.”
“Love you too… see you later.” She cuts the line.
Ben phones rang and automatically Ben answered it using his phones earplug. “Yes Sir…” She heard Ben saying those words all the time while on the phone, maybe Bill was saying “Take care of her… keep your eyes on her… and so on, and so on…”
“I will sir… okay sir, bye.” and Ben just continued to drive.

PART 2

Lyndie was looking outside of that tinted car. She never thought that being a rock star wife is so hard… She wished she can still do what she can do before…
Walking on the street alone, looking around without anyone noticing her.
”Hai…” She took a deep sighed. Ben heard it.
”Is there a problem Madam?” He asked.
“No, Ben… I’m just thinking… what if I didn’t meet Bill… what if I didn’t marry him… maybe I’m still that ordinary lady who used to walk alone on the street looking around and thinking for my next novel…” She narrated.
“Maybe it’s your destiny Madam to be with Sir Bill…” He said back.
“Maybe it is…” She sighed.
“Are you happy Madam?”
“Ben, I’m tired of being followed by all those paparazzi and being questioned… why me? Why with all those pretty girls who are willing to die for Bill… why he chose me?” She was nearly to cry while she looked at him from the back and think for a while. “But… I am happy with Bill… Ben, I can’t ask for anything else.” She looked outside and thinks again. “But I wish he’s just an ordinary man, not a super star… not a famous person… I want to live a normal life with him… not like this.” She confessed.
Lyndie sighed again “But what will I do? I can’t change everything, I can’t make our life as normal as possible… all I can do is to live the life he has, right Ben?” She faked her smile.
“Oh… y-yes Madam, I think you’re right.” He answered back while looking at her face in the rear view mirror. He knows she doesn’t want all those instant fame she has now.
“I love him Ben, I love him so much… but why I’m feeling this… why I’m feeling like I’m a prison of this fame… why?” She cried.
Ben stopped the car and looked back at her. “It’s okay… I know it’s hard from the start but eventually… you can use to it…”
“Thanks Ben…” She wiped away her tears.
“It is okay… Madam.” He said back.
“Ben… can you just call me from my name… I feel old when you call me Madam.”
“Okay… Mad..da…”
“Lyndie, Ben… Lyndie…” She pointed out.
“Okay Madam Lyndie…” He smiled.
“Nah…” She smiled back. “I told you I feel old when I heard that word.”
“What word, Madam?” He smiled while looking at her getting irritated.
“The word Madam?”
“Okay… as you wish… Lyndie.”
“Good! You got it… Ben.” She smiled and they both laughed.

Bill just got home. “Hi Honey…” She kissed his lips. Bill kissed her back and hugged her tight. “I was scared… I thought something bad happened to you.”
“Shh… don’t worry, see nothing happened.” She moved backward to show her body for a proof. Bill hugged her again.
“Look, Ben is doing his job all the time so why worry Hon… Don’t worry.”
“I know… Thank God Ben was there if that girl hurt you… I don’t know what I can possibly do.”
Lyndie looked at him. She knows he really love her. “Bill…”
“Hmm?”
“I love you…” She looked deep in his eyes.
“I love you to Hon…” Bill hugged her much tighter. “Ah Bill…” She tapped her back slightly.
“Huh?” He answered back while hugging her tight.
“You were hugging my so tight, Hon… you can release me now” She suggested.
He released her and scratched his own hair. “Oh! Sorry Hon…” Lyndie start giving him a meaningful look.
“What?” He’s clueless.
“Nothing…” She smiled.
“Nothing? Really? Nothing?” He starts to tickle her,
“Hey! Bill Stop it!” She laughed. But Bill continued until they both lay down on the floor, laughing.
“Shh… stop it Bill.” She took a pause. Bill pause for a while. “What?” He asked.
Lyndie looked at him… “Hey Hon… do you hear that?”
“What?”
“Our baby said you’re so slow…”
“Do we have a baby?” He confusingly recalled.
“Our baby said he want to come out!”
“Come out? Are you pregnant?” He smiled.
“No! But maybe soon?” she pouted.
Bill got confused. “Huh?”
“See… you’re so slow Hon.” She laughed while tapping Bill’s face.
Lyndie stood up and fixed her clothes. “I cooked something for you…” She smiled while helping Bill to stand up from the floor.
“Hmm… sounds delicious.”
“It is really delicious…”
“Now I feel hungry?”
“Really? Hungry, huh?” She smiled.
“Yeah totally… I’m going to eat that delicious food you prepared before I eat you…” He narrated with his meaningful smile.
“Really huh…eat me? I thought you’re a vegetarian?” She teased.
“I changed my mind!” He stole a kiss.
“Hey! I thought we are going to eat first?” She pushed him.
“I changed my mind too…”
“Huh?” Bill was about to kiss her again. “Wait!” She stopped him
Bill took a pause. Lyndie slowly walk backward away from him. “Not again?” He gave her a confusing look.
“Well… catch me if you can, Hon” She laughed while running away from him.

“Hon…” She was playing his hand while hugging his nakedness.
“Hmm?” He whispered back.
“What if… I’m gone… what will you do?” She seriously asked.
“What kind of question is that?”
“I mean we don’t know what will happen, right? Just in case…” She looked into his brown eyes.
“You won’t leave me, don’t you?”
“Bill… I realize it’s very hard to be your wife.” She sighed.
“I know, Ben told me about that…” Bill narrated. Lyndie just sighed.
“You want me to stop?” He whispered.
“No! I don’t want you give up everything just for me Bill… but if I ask you to choose, will you choose me?” She asked seriously.
“I’ll give up all just to be with you Lyndie… you know that.”
Lyndie took another deep sighed. “I know you will answer that, Bill.”
“I love you Lyndie and I can’t live without you by my side.” He kissed her hair and hugged her tight.
“I love you too… I promise I will never give up no matter what…”

Year passed by…
“la la la… la la la… la la la…” She hymned as she look at her first baby.
“She’s so beautiful like you Hon…” Bill whispered while hugging his wife from her back.
“Well…” Lyndie smiled. “…and look, I think she got your nose Hon.” She added

Months later…
“Hon we are going on tour this coming March…”
“How long it will take?”
“Just a couple of weeks I think.”
“Okay…”
“Why? You don’t want to come?”
“I need to go back home, mom called me. She said they missed me a lot…and she wants to see her first grandchild, so I’ll probably… go home.”
“I see…” Bill ate his spaghetti, Lyndie ate hers too.
“What?! You put mustard on my spaghetti again, Hon?” She narrated.
Bill smiled. “I just want you try it again… does it tastes good?”
“Eee… I told you I don’t like the tastes…Hon.” She ran to the sink and puke.
“Are you okay Hon?”
She walked back to her sit and drank a glass of water, trying to get rid of the tastes.
He laughed out loud. “You know you look much cuter with that face Hon.”
“Ahh… that’s why you always like to put mustard on my spaghetti huh…” She pinched his nose. “You are very naughty… you want me to hide your beloved mustard?”
“Oh come on Hon, it’s just a mustard?”
“Oh! Just a mustard, huh?” She smiled back and took the bottle of mustard from the table.
“Hey Hon, don’t throw my poor mustard!”
“Okay… come and get it Hon!” She laughed. Bill ran after her.
They both filled the house with their laughs.

“We’ll go now Hon.” Lyndie kissed him goodbye while holding her small valise together with her baby’s nanny.
Tom was there too. “Take care, Lyndie.” Tom smiled then turned to his first niece and kiss her. “Take care baby…”
“We will Tom…just take good care of my Hon while were gone, okay. Don’t let him look to those beautiful fan girls… huh!” She joked around while looking at her husband on her side.
“Oh!” Tom looked at Bill with a meaningful smile. “Don’t worry, Ma’am… I’ll report everything to you!” He sounds like a cadet from a military.
“Umm!” She reached Tom’s head and slightly tapped down his cap. “Naughty!” She laughed. She took a pause and look back at Bill. “Hon… call me when you got there” Bill’s hand was on their baby. “I will… you too, call me.” He hugged her tight and kissed his child for the last time.
They both walk in separate ways while looking back with each other.
