    I don't really do much exercise to be honest, because my heart condition had kept me back from doing stuff to the best of my ability (recently got a letter from my doc giving the okays with normal exercise and go nuts)

    But I do dance class, hiphop/jazz on Friday every week.

    Exercise is not so important than diet bcoz HEALTH always starts with what we put in mouth. We are what we eat! Agree? A healthy balance diet is a key to a healthy body. What is the specific problem of your heart? Things you do? 911454

    I have Biscupic Arotic Sternoisis, ever since I was born and I was one of the unlucky kids to get it on shear bad luck then generics.

    I do agree, eating healthy is important, I had taken up recently drinking more water then soda and I just love fruits.

    HI Lunacy!

    Have you tried to be a vegetarian? Because I think in order for our body to become healthy all we have to do is remove or abstain ourselves in eating unhealthy foods like sodas, meats, fats, sweets, and oily. Those foods can add up unnecessary results to our existing illness. If you try to become vegetarian maybe your illness will improved.

    Being vegetarian will help improve it but without meat I would lack the strength, afterall it is usual for me to get puffed easily.

    Fats and oily I do avoid, It clocks my valves, I am half vegetarian myself I guess. There is certain meats that I don't eat. And I'm due in a new visit at the hospital sometime next month or this, the doctor has been debating to put me on blood pressure tablets.

    You should avoid red meats, like pork and beef. You can eat white meat except chicken.

    Are you anemic??? Have you tried doing Fasting and prayers???

    No not that I am aware of, it's another issue with the valve that involved with stress which rises the blood pressure making my heart beat faster and heavily/
